Here we take all the above information and the IMS principles (align, breathe and control) and bring it into functional movement patterns, which we use in everyday life and sport like squatting, bending, reaching, carrying, and gait (walking).
Although I have dedicated this page to IMS, I would like to convey that each and every session begins with the above mentioned process. IMS is a process has defined principles ABC and can be applied to any modality of movement you choose to work with.
I am a Pilates instructor, I choose to apply the IMs process to help me get the most desired results within my scope of work.
