IMs Assessment

Assessments allow us to see how the client is doing at the very beginning of the session and at the end of the session. We look for things like restricted range of motion discomfort or pain (during the assessment) and balance.

IMs Releases

It is quite common to fine a few areas that need to be released to restore ROM . We love using the Rollga Roller and the Halo for our releases. Our releases are closely tied to the assessments, as not all muscles need to be released.

IMs Corrective Exercises

At this point we would introduce the IMs principles ABC and corrective exercises.These are designed to optimize joint mobility and flexibility. Muscle strength and balance. Typical exercises we use are Prone lengthening (great exercise for the upper back region and awareness of breath).
