What is an Online Assessment?

Although being online changes the dynamic of trainers and trainees, I have come up with a way to persevere and still make things possible. Part of my online assessments are to regulate things like viewing your range of motion in high and low extremities. Another assessment I am sure to include is a breathing assessment; checking your breathing pattern to see if it is optimal and/or if there’s anything to look out for.

Balance assessments are also performed to see how well you can balance on one leg, which is used to get an idea on how certain exercises may be difficult to perform versus others. Lastly, I assess your movement patterns on basic exercises and stretches to view how your form is progressing.
